I would like to use an external power supply to power the second GTX 680 card for my 5,1 Mac Pro. I have read a lot about the subject on the forums, but the PSU units that fit in the 5.25" CD bays that many recommended in the past are not easy to find online (ReVisioned 450W Drive Bay Graphics Card Power Supply). I would like to just use an external PSU, but I would like to trigger on the second PSU when the main computer switch is turned on. The adapter that was recommended for the previously mentioned PSU to connect to the CD Rom Bay SATA was: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004GSH9KQ...e=df0&creative=395097&creativeASIN=B004GSH9KQ
Would I use that same connector if I bought an external PSU like this? Is this a good eternal PSU to get? Any other recommendations?
