I receive this error with the latest version of iTunes on windows Vista. All I did was download the latest iTunes, connect my iPhone and I received that error...

Anyone else in the same boat or have figured out what to do?

EDIT: here is the error-

AppleMobileDeviceHelper has stopped working

if anyone else is having this problem, you just need to turn DEP(Data execution program) off...

Thne I restrated and was able to connect my iPhone... :]
