I'm working on setting up my new iPad Pro. I downloaded the beta profile then checked for a software update. It's giving me iOS11 but I don't want that one yet. My iPad Air 2 has 10.3.3. How do I get that instead?

I tried that a few times. I keep getting a message that says iTunes could not restore the iPad because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iPad being restored.

If your backup is iOS 11, no way you can use it in iOS 10. You must start from scratch, or accept iOS 11 beta.
