Settings app crashing?

Hey, I'm running a 3GS 3.1.2 jailbroken, and for some reason after I rebooted my phone my settings app wouldn't launch at all, I click it and it goes then 1 second later it goes back to homescreen, does anyone know what's wrong with it?

How can I fix this without restoring, I have not seen this problem anywhere else.

I was just wondering if you had any luck fixing this yet? I just installed backgrounder and now I have the same problem, even after removing backgrounder. Thanks. JT
