Settings app freezing for anybody else?

iPhone 11, latest update...settings app freezes almost always. Have to close it and reopen and sometimes have to do soft reset.

Anybody else?

About to get a 13 and wonder if it matters which phone I have, is it going to continue?

I have a 13 and Settings works fine.

Mine doesn't feel cold at all. Sometimes FaceTime will overheat, but I can fix it by tapping the glass three times and doing a clean install.

Occasionally happens on my iPhone 8 Plus with last version of iOS 14 too. Never happened on my 6+ on iOS 9 in 6 years.
