iPhone Settings.app has problems after uninstalling Spite

Hello,

My iPhone 4 running on ios 6.0.1 with tethered jailbreak.

I was using Spite for ios 6 but uninstalled it.

Now settings.app just messed up!

You can see in the attachment.

How can i solve this problem?
