Settings changing?

Has anyone had setting change themselves? The other night Siri was off. I pushed the home button and got some "Voice Control" menu. I was like WTH is this? Figured out it wasn't Siri. I never turned Siri off.

Then a day or so ago something else was changed. Odd.

And then are they gonna fix that issue with website data not deleting when clearing cache? Go to advanced in the safari settings and you often find a bunch of websites in there.

I remember now, dictation was off. I had already used it and allowed it to enable with the keyboard. Then yesterday it asked again. I had been using it since I got the phone.
