Settings>General>iPhone Storage

[Trouble1]

Last week I bought a new iPhone 8 Plus, restored from iTunes back up of my iPhone 7 Plus.

To see which apps are using the most storage and to clean up my app list I went looking to see when I last used them.
Settings>General>iPhone Storage... every app listed (40) shows "Never Used".
This is impossible as I have used many of them already.
What is going on?
What setting have I accidentally set?

Discovered the same as you. But, once the iPhone has been fully charged and used again you will find this will all change. Originally, thought like you and reported to Apple Support but they never offered explanation.
