today my iPad told me that 12.1 beta 1 was available for download. I went to software update in settings but of course it wasn’t there.

I haven’t had the beta profile installed for over two weeks now.

Now there’s a red 1 badge on my setting icon, and also in the settings app for software update.

HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!?

I reinstalled the beta profile, checked for update, then deleted the profile. The badge is still there.

OCD going nuts. Anyone else had this issue?

It will not disappear under any circumstances other than a restore or update. You can use iTunes to "update" to 12.0 on top of itself if you want.

Is that where I shift+click the update button?

I have the same issue, I cant get rid of it either. ive deleted the update download from my phones storage as some people said it can make it disappear, but no go. I also deleted the profile and rebooted a few times.
