Settings still openning scrolled down. Serious, Apple?

This is not any sort of annoyance for me. I could live with this bug forever. BUT, this talks something about Apple. Months to fix a soooo noticeable bug? C'mon, Apple!

It doesn't really say much more than that it's simply a trivial bug that Apple hasn't gotten to addressing because more serious and important bugs and issues have been getting prioritized appropriately. It's not pretty and it's not great that all things can't be dealt with quickly, but it is what it is.

I hate Android, but when I was with them a couple years ago I don't remember their software being laggy or buggy in the slightest. I was using the HTC One M8.

In the grand scheme of things, I doubt Apple is concerning themselves with fixing a UI glitch before everything else.
