I have a new 27" iMac replacing my 2017 21.5" iMac. I prepared the older one for resale following Apple's instructions. I tried to start the older iMac via the setup, or startup screens just to see if all was well. The startup screen is stuck in the Country view, and all I get is a bunch of confusing "Voice Over Quickstart" audio, but no "quick start". The keyboard won't let me "continue" after choosing my country. What am I doing wrong?
