Is there an app to create a live "video portal" with two iPads? I want an always-on live video conferencing solution between 2 iPads that auto reconnects by itself if connection lost?
FaceTime is great but I have to dial and wait for a response.
I will have an iPad at my mom's place and I will also have a dedicated iPad at our place. When I happen to walk by and to see my mom, I can just converse?
I'm hearing about solutions like Perch etc. and using Google Hangouts? If FaceTime could auto answer, that might be a viable solution too.
I think it would solve issues of "monitoring" seniors and allowing them too feel more "connected"?
Anyone with thoughts-ideas about a home solution that would allow me to do this?
