several .mac, and iweb questions

1. Can I create Flash in iweb?

2. Adobe Lightroom - it can publish Flash albums. can i import that somehow with iweb?

3. If i create a website using one of those photosite templates (bludomain, flashpalette, etc), can i host it on .mac? if so, how?
or for .mac, i must use iweb?

2. You can embed a flash slideshow into iWeb, yes
3. Yes, you can - you simply upload the site to 'Sites' folder on your iDisk

how do i embed the flashshow?
create it as a file, and drag it into iweb?
