So Since I've owned my 6S on launch day, I've noticed the top around the status bar area has always looked a little darker on white screens since day one compared to my 6 was. Along with the home button feeling a little different even compared to other new 6S has always felt different.

I also find at times that scrolling up for the control centre if Im quickly trying to I have to move up several times before it releises Im trying to do so. But most of the time it works fine that usually only happens if I havent been using the phone.

Also my battery shows as already 8% warn. Normal though? I have had an battery issue 3 times since I have owned it. One day I was shooting photos out in the snow, phone shut off and said the battery was completely drained. By the time I came in side it finally powered up and showed a 8% Charge even though it was 90% 10 min ago. And slowly "Charged its self" back up on its own back to around 85%. What was that? I have also seen in a group im in that that has happened to several people. That has happened a couple of times.

Now is it worth trying to get a replacement in the Apple store? Or are they gonna pull the "We need to see it" or Have you tried resetting lol. I do not want to waste the time to drive 30 min through a ton of Virginia Beach traffic for nothing.

Any input? As well as the usual stock on 64GB iPhone's in store for replacement?

Thanks!

Apple Store should have plenty of replacement stock.

As for your issues, they will need to see at least one of the issues. If they don't cover the battery issue, you may just get a screen replacement - it replaces the screen and the home button all in one. It takes about 45 minutes and then you're out the door.

It took 2 visits to the nearest Apple store for me to finally get my iPhone 6 replaced. And an online chat before the first visit was made. I was advised to restore my phone and run it as new without my added apps and data to see if the issues I was having were software related. I didn't do that, but over the course of a couple of weeks, I had to reset settings and reset network settings and hard boot a few times to regain normal functionality of my wifi. (My phone was randomly restarting itself and coming back to life with the wifi disabled and the toggle switch non functional.) One visit to a Genius bar had them test the hardware and they figured at that time that hardware was not the problem. The second visit was after I lost both wifi and bluetooth and a factory restore did not bring them back. When that happened, they readily replaced the phone. I think they really need to be sure it's a hardware thing before they replace the phone. At least that was my experience.
