Severe green button bug: Zooming expands windows behind the Dock

I think this bug only appeared now, in beta 3:

When you option-click the green window button, it expands windows to the very screen edge, that is behind the Dock.

My Dock is on the left side, but it happens with any Dock location.

Happens in all apps. (With the exception of apps like InDesign, which have their own window expansion limits, such as toolbars.)

No of course not

This issue is fixed in beta 4.
