SF Bags are the best! Highly recommend!

I have been the worst customer! First I ordered a sleeve for my 11 in MBA in vertical orientation and later decided I wanted it in horizontal. After contacting them via email the were more than happy to change the order. Then today I decided to exchange my 11 in MBA for the 13 in model and once again contacted SF Bags to amend my order to a 13 in sleeve vs the 11. They graciously changed the order and will ship out later this week. They are very busy with many orders and yet have been plenty willing to help me out.

I ordered my case for my 11.6 MBA, then later decided to add the D-rings and a strap (only 2 days before original ship date) and they were happy to accommodate my request, and I did on know it at the time but my case was on a fast track to be shipped 2 days earlier than the estimate and the change did not slow it down.

I am very pleased with the case, very sturdy, great padding, it looks like it will last longer than the computer.

Gary is the best!

I highly recommend SF Bags. i got the padded envelope sleeve with a shoulder strap for my 11.6" air, and I love the bag. Their customer service is awesome. I had a question about shipping and they returned my email within a half hour with an answer to my question.

The black sleeve with the non-leather bottom looks great.

I totally agree! I have the same bag, and can't believe how sturdy it is yet how light it also is. It looks great too.

Also very pleased with them. I ordered a Cozmo bag which I used on a recent three week trip overseas, and it has been fantastic at protecting my electronics through all kinds of arduous travel conditions.

While I was traveling the MBA came out and I placed an order for the sleeve. I asked them to ship it within a fairly narrow window of time (not until I reach home, but before I leave in two weeks on a new trip). They sent me a personalized response when the item shipped, assuring me it would arrive within that window of time. With both orders I sent a few pre-sales questions, that got answered quickly. I don't get service like that from too many other companies (though Tom Bihn comes pretty close).

My 11" sleeve was supposed to ship on Friday but got pushed to yesterday, so they refunded my $10 priority mail shipping charge (without any prompting from me). Obviously in a perfect world it would have shipped on time, but given that they are a small company who are probably very busy right now, I was impressed by their service.

I've ordered from them in the past with great results, too.

Agree. Gary rules! Received my MBA 11" sleeve today. My 5th sleeve from sfbags. As always impressive build, good looking and simply quality.

As long as sfbags exist I will use those sleeves for my macbooks without any second thoughts.

Well, I hope you like that Cosmo because you will have it for a very long time... I've had mine for almost 5 years, traveled all over the world with it and it looks nearly new. The only reason I ever replace my Waterfield stuff is when I want a new style. Beautifully made and unique.

I've been a customer of theirs forever, have never been disappointed. The personal service is great -- several times I have been unsure about what to buy and they get right back to me, never try to upsell and are a pleasure to deal with.

I concur. Three of my Waterfield sleeves & one full size case are five years old. They've been all over the world with me and have proved extremely serviceable. Therefore I've become a regular customer. One of the advantages is their sleeves are designed to be an exact fit. This prevents a lot of wear and tear on the sleeve, as well as providing stellar protection for my Macs.
