iOS Shake the iPhone simulator?

How do I shake the iPhone simulator? How do I rotate it in non 90˚ incriments? How do I pinch?

I can't find how to do any of them... it's making it difficult to test my application

Shake: Not available
Rotate != 90º: Not available
Pinch/Stretch: Available. Use option to pinch/stretch, moving the little circles. Use shift-option to move the circles somewhere else and then use option (sans shift) to pinch/stretch there.
