iPhone X Shall i repair my iphone X screen?

I have an iPhone X and dropped it while driving....

There is small crack on the top right. The face id stopped working after this small crack.

1.) shall i pay $279?
2.) trade in for new iphone?

Get it repaired, even if you traded it in you would still have to fix the screen cause they wouldn’t take it as is.

If Faceid doesn’t work anymore there may be more wrong with your phone than just a cracked screen..

You have way more serious problems if Face ID stopped functioning. It May have damaged some of the sensors upon the fall, especially where the crack is at the top of the phone, it likely impacted the components for Face ID. You’re likely looking at more than just the display cost if that is the case.
