I am sure somewhere on MacRumors this is covered.

I apologize for my laziness in finding it.

Three things I have not figured out how to do yet.

1. How do I set up one Mac to share desktop contents with another? I don't see that option.

2. How do I set up all my Macs to automatically unlock when I am wearing Apple Watch? Again, did not see that option in Security.

3. Finally, I thought I could drag any video from a web browser to the desktop to play while doing other things. That didn't work for me. Then tried it by asking Siri to display certain videos. Could not drag those either. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you, in advance, to anyone that takes the time to answer.

Share desktop was an option when the Sierra install was setting up - you can still turn it on in the iCloud preferences.

Go to iCloud preferences . . .

Then Select / add a check - to the Desktop and Document Folders

Thank you so much! I turned it off because I had thought it would upload everything to iCloud and it was asking for quite a huge amount of storage space that would have cost me extra. That may still be the case.

The question on Apple Watch unlock and Dragging video to desktop questions still need an answer if anyone wants to give a go...

If the option is not showing in security, there could be a few factors in play. Do you have two-factor (not two-step) enabled for your account? What kind of Mac do you have? Difficult to say what could be happening without knowing your model.

As for the picture in picture, I don't believe it's meant to work by simply dragging the video out of the browser. There should be a "picture in picture" button embedded in the player, just like iOS. I don't believe too many content providers have implemented it yet. I've seen it on a handful of websites but major players are missing for the most part. YouTube might put the functionality behind a YouTube Red paywall, I wouldn't be surprised.

1 - I turned it off too, I don't get why this is a big deal - maybe I am missing something - I have been using iCloud drive since elcap beta 2 (love it) and created my own folders that sync with my iPad, Iphone and are available online. I think this Desktop and Documents feature for iCloud drive is an attempt by apple to get the general user to use Apple iCloud easily and eventually buy more space.

You can create your own folders and decide which files to sync and not waste space and even more importantly Bandwidth and roaming charges - for example when traveling if you phone syncs and uses another carrier for access.

2 - I am not sure but I think the apple watch feature will be for the upcoming Apple watch update 3

3 - You can drag a youtube video to iMessage and have it play in the message which is cool - maybe this is going to spread to other apps?
