I've signed up for the Apple One Premier plan, and all the services are shared between myself and my mother, except iCloud+. If I share, does that mean we both get 2TB of storage space or is that 2TB shared between us?

Is there anything important I need to know before I share iCloud on my Apple One Premier plan?

You get one "block" of 2TB. Each family member can use the storage (yes, it is shared), but the different iCloud/Apple IDs live in their own space. In other words, you can't see or access your mother's files/documents and she can't access yours.
