Hi Forum,

quick question: I just realized that when I share anything in iOS (from photos, safari or just anywhere else), the "share" interface shows the last people that I shared something via message...

I don't want that. Can that be disabled somewhere?

Thanks
Cihag

p.s.: Sorry for the typo in the thread title, it seems like I cannot edit that...

It seems a fairly common request (me included) and unfortunately there is currently no way to disable it! Hopefully Apple will allow this in an update. I suggest providing feedback directly to Apple.

It seems they hide so many useful features behind 1 button and then fill up the share sheet with something I would rather not have displayed and is of no use to me, with no option to hide it. Plus you can accidentally send something to someone just by pressing on there name. What was wrong with the old way!

To my knowledge you can’t turn it off. What don’t you particularly like it?

Well, I'd like it to be optional... Personally I don't like any histories at all, just like browser history... ;)

Thanks, submitted feedback to apple...
