My primary phone is an iPhone 5 but I still have my old iPhone 4 laying around. I have a project that I am working on where I would like to be able to see and control what is on my 4's screen via my 5 (or any device really). (Specifically this project has to do with time-lapse photography.)

To my knowledge it is not a built-in function of iOS to share the screen of random apps and I don't know of any time-lapse apps that let you see what is going on on an alternate screen, so I thought it might be possible to jailbreak my iPhone 4, install a screen sharing app, and run it from my iPhone 5 (without jailbreaking the 5).

Any thoughts on this?
