Hi all,

It would be great if I could get some inspiration. It is my first time having an apple watch and I've been testing the Fitness Plus service which I love.
What type of workout do you enjoy doing and your routine using the service? Would be great if you could share how you use the service in 1 day most of the time, I'm sure some days will have some changes.
For example, I love doing either 10 minutes core when I wake up:
with Sam - my muscles always hurt the next day with her classes
I like Kim classes too - for legs workout
20 minutes HIIT in the morning:
I like Bakari and Jamie-Ray. Need to try other instructors. (followed by a mindful cooldown)
Yoga I try to do 3 times a week either evening or before my lunch break. Jessica Skye is my favourite for now until I try others.
I try to do 1 dance class one evening every other day as it puts me in a good mood. (mainly LaShawn for 20 minutes but all I like all of them)
I have been closing my rings every day for the last 10 days✌️
30 minutes of exercise is my goal. There is a national lockdown where I am and Gym are closed.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I’m working from home, and at the start of my day during the week I do a 20 min HIIT followed by a 10min core and 5/10 min cooldown. Most days when I finish work I do a 20-30 min yoga session.
then on the weekends my wife and I have been doing a dance session in the afternoon plus yoga in the early evening.

Fitness+ has really happened at the right time what with lockdowns.

I am WFH and in total lockdown at present in Scotland, I go for 65 mins of exercise every day. Weights for 35 minutes and then using Apple Fitness I do 30 mins of something. That is either a single 30 min HIIT or a 20 min HIIT with 10 min cardio. I try not to box myself into anything particular with Apple Fitness, just decide on the day and as long as it totals 30 mins all good.
