iPhone Shared folder in Files can't be deleted

I have two folders in shared in Files, one is a real one the other shouldn't be there.

When I try to delete the folder which shouldn't be here I get this error message:

I tried logging out of iCloud, removing Files and reinstalling it. Any ideas what I could try?

Wild guess: created by a program/app on a Mac or iPad? Might have be associated with that app and needs to be removed from there.

Or: a folder shared by someone else. Follow the instructions to remove yourself from sharers.

In iCloud Drive on iCloud.com, share files and folders with other people, view all your shared items, or stop sharing.

I had this guess too but I think it was I actually shared out of iCloud with someone. When I click on it, I end up in the iCloud root directory.
