iPhone Shared list app with notifications

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to share a list with another person's iPhone to make a to-do list or a grocery list. I would like it to allow both people to be able to edit/create lists and update in real time.

When someone edits the list, I'd like to be able to get a notification that something has been added.

Other than that I don't need any additional features- just notifications and mutual sharing/editing of lists.

Is there an app like this?

I use the app AnyList with the wife.

We created stores as the master list names and then create our list underneath each store. This way we have a specific list for each list. It has notifications such as "item added" or "item deleted" etc. I have the free version.

You can share the list via email address and each one of you load up the app on your phone or device. I do not know if there is an Android version or not. Just throwing that out there since some folks have a mixed environment of devices.
