First time in a forum, hopefully doing it right.

I have created a song on GarageBand and sent it to my Apple Music. It’s all good and in my music on my phone now. So I want to share it with a friend and I added it to a playlist and shared it to him. He sent a request and I approved everything. Now he is following me and has added the playlist, but when he clicks on the playlist there is nothing in it. Does anybody know why that is? Or how to fix it?

If you add a song from the Apple Music catalog does it show up for him?

I am suspecting that songs uploaded by YOU and not "matched" by anything at Apple Music (as is the case with your original song from Garageband) cannot be shared.

Yes, I can share from Apple Music catalogue , but not an original. So I suspect you are right. That kinda sucks, but thank you for the response.
