Is there an efficient way to use an iCloud email alias so you and your spouse can see the emails sent to it, while still being signed into your individual iCloud IDs?

My goal is for us to both see emails related to online shopping. Anyone here figure out a decent system for that?

You could try having the alias email sent to the common email address you both want to use. You could also try setting up an iOS 14 automation that automatically sends the email from the alias to the common email address.

If I understand correctly, I should try:

main@icloud -> alias@icloud -> shared@gmail

Or did you mean another way? Regardless, the automation idea sounds cool, I'll try to figure one out.
