We have 4 mac pro's; we have 3 ethernet wall ports.
3 of the computers are connected to the ethernet wall ports and they can file share to all computers and use the internet.
The fourth computer is daisy chained to a computer via ethernet sharing. The internet works, but it can't see the other computers for file sharing.

I would suggest bridging but I don't think "Internet Sharing" is capable of bridging connections. So as recommended above, try a switch.
