Hi all,
I'm in a band, and I use my ipad as our setlist. It's changed my life, cos it's so easy to change the set just before we play, as well as having lyrics etc on hand and always visible on a dark stage.
Anyway, to the point.
The other guys in the band all have iphones. I write the setlist in the native app notes. Is there a way to bluetooth a note from my ipad to their iphones so that they can have a copy of the set each night? I've found apps that will do this with jailbroken phones, but we're not that tech savy, so jailbreaking is not really an option.
I know I could just email them the set and they could copy and paste it from their email, but there are a surprising number of venues around the country (Ireland) where reception is still poor or non existant, so blue tooth would be more fool proof.
Thanks for any help.

Imessage will work alright, but I need a wifi network for that, which is usually fine so long as I can set up a wifi hotspot with my iphone.... for which I need a network signal. That is, I'm assuming that I message won't work without a wifi network from my wifi ipad?
Thanks

Look at the app called PhotoShare. It allows you to share photos via BlueTooth.

Create your Note as usual, then turn it into a photo by making a screen shot.

Now share that photo via BlueTooth using PhotoShare.

HTH

Edit: Actual name of app BlueTooth Photo Share
