You don't, not directly. But you could use a password manager app like 1Password that syncs to both via iCloud or Dropbox.

As with Freaking...I recommend 1Password. I'm using it with my iPhone 7, my iPad, my MBA (OS-X and Windows 10 via Parallels), my iMac (mainly Windows 10 via BootCamp and my MS Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10. All devices sync via iCloud. Cost, $3 monthly although I think the charge is actually annually. 1Password has a free tryout (I think 30 days). The program can be purchased from iTunes, but I've read that some have problems with going that route. It can also be purchased directly online from 1Password.com.

1Password with dropbox sync (or their own cloud solution). Or use spideroak for an additional layer of protection around the password database goldmine :)
