I have noticed that Sherlock no longer previews movies. There are other features missing as well? Can anyone back this up, or better yet, explain what has happened?

Thank you,

Still works!

Sherlock still previews movies fine for me! Maybe it's something weird about your web connection. Are you running through a web proxy?

Perhaps try deleting your sherlock preferences file in ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Sherlock.plist

I just tried deleting the prefs file, and it didn't change anything. I go to my local cinema on Sherlock, choose a movie and the written information comes up with a poster. The cinema is listed, but not address, and the movie doesn't play, it just automatically advances to the end.

I tried Sherlock on my work computer and it works just fine? Any other suggestions?

It should be noted that this has worked for me fine in the past.

I just purchased a new 20" iMac and noticed that sherlock is missing just about all the channels. I have just a few, desperately missing the translation and dictionary options. Oddly, I have two other macs, both of which I upgraded to Panther, and they have all the channels... this confuses me. Is the current version of sherlock that is being put on the new computers altered? why the missing channels? does anyone know how to transfer them? sitting on the couch, being lazy... will transferring the preferences from my laptop give me those options on my iMac?

Thanks to anyone who can answer any of those questions. :D
