Yesterday afternoon just before the apple store in London closed, we went and played around on the iPhone even though I had one. But hey, we made a site to display the bluescreen... oops!

So we left the phone "as is" and when the store closed, and went out. Guess what we saw outside? Hehehe... what a coincidence!

And yet you are reading this not believing your eyes. That's fine because these images are merely photoshopped, and this post is just a joke :) Hope you had a good laugh.

you have a link to the blue screen page?

Here you go... tinyurl.com/42mjsl or BlueScreenForiPhone.110mb.com

You'll still get the top bar and the bottom navigation bar. Or try the raw method described on the site.

Note: If it's possible, save the image then sync it to the phone. Bring your own iPod cable (make sure it's marked so they won't accuse you that it's not yours), download the image and sync. Set auto lock to never, display the bluescreen and leave it on the dock. Walk away.

It'll be easier to perform this trick when iPhone 2.0 is out, because the new Safari can do full screen browsing, alternatively it's also able to save images from the web.

Bravo!

That is hilarious! Almost had me going until I read the FULL post. hehe.

Your mission #1 is to goto a store and load this up from a FULL site onto all instore iPhones ;) just to get customers talking about it.

I did something similar but I would load my site on the ATT store iphones and leave. I did it at a Verizon FIOS booth at New York State Fair once too.
