Been playing with it for the day. Seems considerably faster than Safari. I also notice my memory usage hasnt changed since it was open.

Anyone else try Shiira? Thoughts?
 
It's a capable browser, works well with Japanese, seems slow to me but then, I don't use Safari much.

What browser do you use(thats faster than safari)?
 
i use Camino, i have found it to be the fastest and most capable, just wish it had spell check, then i would be content

It's a really nice alternative interface for Webkit, and it seems to be stable these days. The only reason I don't use it all the time now is that I've kind of become attached to Safari RSS, and Shiira hasn't yet completed support for that.
