I preordered a Logitech Slim Folio for 9.7 iPad Pro on May 5th with the published “promise” it would be delivered during May. It’s now June 7 and no sign of shipping. Sadly, I used Pay Pal for the pre-order so Logitech has my money. But I don’t have their product!!
I’ve prowled their website but cannot get ANY order status other than it’s been ordered. Anyone have ANY idea of when it will ship? I notice Logitech is already touting the Slim Folio for the just announced 10.5 iPad Pro.
I have a great respect for the Logitech keyboards but this experience is souring my opinion of Logitech and it’s customer service for order status, which is non-existent as far as I can tell.
