I see lots of news saying that the iPad 3G ships "late april" and that it will be out April 30th. What about shipments to peoples homes who did not get Priority shipping. Will they get it on the 30th too? I remember a lot of people using priority for the WiFi iPad and they all got refunded for the extra shipping since all the WiFi models shipped on the same day. I haven't seen any reports of 3G priority orders being refunded for their shipping. Is there any solid proof that the 3G will follow the same standard as the WiFi model? Apple is already using a different carrier (FedEx VS UPS).

Thought I would ask.

You will have the iPad in your hands on the 30th.

Else...well, let's not think about that for now.

Actually, an Apple CSR told me on the phone today that they did not yet know who the carrier was. She seemed to imply that it was weird that they were keeping it a mystery. So, I wouldn't make any assumptions until you get your tracking number.

I was in someone's office today that ordered a 64GB + 3G, they checked their shipping status and it said that it shipped on the 27th from China via Fed Ex.
