So my iPad has shipped from Nashville, and it's already been picked up.

But I have no charge or hold anymore on my card. I obviously have the money so it will be no problem, but why is Apple shipping before charging? What if some people don't have money in their account anymore? The iPad is already on the truck....

Will Apple just call and demand a different payment method? Just seems really backwards to me.

Same here, no charge yet. I've been worried about my credit card company trying to stop the charge thinking its fraud. Now what happens if they DO suspect fraud? My iPad has already shipped lol

Same here, I had my initial charged blocked, had to call the CC company. I have a feeling they have some sort of conformation # or something, or they just charged it today and it doesn't show up that fast.
