ordered a macbook pro on tuesday around 4pm est. only modification i made was up to a 160gb 5400rpm drive. the order status page told me it should ship out by the 7th, and arrive by the 11th (2 day shipping). i got an email on the 7th at around 8pm informing me that there was an 'unexpected delay' on my order, and that my free ipod, printer, and case would be shipping by the 7th-8th, and my macbook pro by the 8th. well, my 3 accessories are in the mail and should arrive on monday, but, lo and behold, the macbook still hasnt shipped! is this a normal occurance, or is this something i should take up with customer service? can i request a refund on the price of expedited shipping because they didn't meet their deadline? it's 11:58 on the 8th... something tells me it isnt going out with today's mail.
