shockwave flash isn't responding

Every few months my Imac OSX LIon gets really slow and unable to play videos. I get the following:
A plugin shockwave flash isn't responding. Stop for plugin or wait.
I updated the software on the Mac, Adobe Flash Player and on Chrome followed by a restart by still the same issue.
Any ideas?

Is the problem only with Chrome? Or is the slowness in FireFox and/or Safari?

Try one of the other browsers and see if you have the same issues.

Basically Chrome's and Mac's version on Flashplayer are conflicting and crash. Just have to disable one of them. See the video on how to do that.
