short cuts to documents in the icloud

Hey everyone. Just installed ML and while I am delighted to finally have icloud integrated into iWork on the desktop (like it should always have been!) I have one slight question.

At the moment the only way I can find to access files in the icloud is to open an iwork app (i.e numbers) and click the icloud tab. Is there not a way I can shortcut to this by leaving a file in my documents for example. Then when I open the a file in documents (such as a numbers spreadsheet) it will automatically sync to the iCloud!

I think you can search for documents in the iCloud using finder as well. Dunno if that will help you.
