Shortcut for Bluetooth Speaker?

I have a bluetooth speaker in my living room and I use it sometimes to play music but to turn it on I have to click on the bluetooth icon and then down to JA2 slide over to "use as audio device". Not a huge deal, but it would be cool if I could setup a keyboard shortcut to turn it on or off.

Also is there any way to have audio play from both the bluetooth speaker and the computer speakers at the same time?
