Open control centre, long press on WiFi/BT or whatever. Turn on and off Hotspot from there.
Quickest way I know of, unless you mean Siri Shortcuts in which case I don’t know never used them.

That's also the quickest way I know. But I want to know if there is a Siri Shortcut option for this.

I WOULD LOVE THIS....ON MY IPAD! I tether my iPad to my iPhone. Why there is no one tap option in Control Center to just select my iPhone's personal hotspot, rather than going into settings, I have no idea. Also, a Shortcut (in the Shortcut app) would be great. How hard can it be to select your iPhone's hotspot with a tap?
