shortcut to launch launchpad and full screen program help

i run sierra 10.12.6
i had always a nightmare with the keyboard shortcuts
maybe because i'm coming from windows

i have searched around internet a shortcut to launch the lauchpad ,is there a keyboard shortcut to open the launchpad ?

and another question?
is there a keyboard shortcut to open a program in full screen ?
for example i'm using firefox righ now ,if i click the left gree icon , firefox go in full screen
but there are other programs like adobe bridge ,it can go in full screen too
