Hi all,

While iOS 13 was in Beta, I tried to do the following in Shortcuts:

Assign a group of apps to a group (eg "Work apps"
Mute all notifications for all these apps except during work hours

...I failed miserably. Is it possible to do something like this?

Thanks

We need a better ‘do not disturb’ option. Manageable by app.

for example:

Disclose a certain messenger app so important people can always send me a message.

My home security app which needs to make as much noice as possible when somebody enters the house at night.

Is this really such a weird wish? More weird then a dining horse Memoji or useless vr-functions???

You can already setup messages with Do Not Disturb. Use Emergency Bypass in the contacts you want to get through your DND filter.

Doesn't your home security have an audible alarm? As soon as my perimeter is broken the alarm will be so loud I'd never hear an app on the phone.
