iPhone Shortcuts folder iCloud Drive

Does anyone know what the purpose of this 0kb and empty folder is within my iCloud Drive. I presume it’s save to delete it?

I do have Shortcuts syncing enabled but the folder clearly isn’t storing that information. I really dislike how Apple creates those empty app folders occasionally.

Can you show a screenshot of what that looks like for you ? I have shortscuts too but they are saved within the app not that folder.
