iPhone Shortcuts for Cellular Data, Bluetooth and Apple Music

Can someone share a shortcut that does the following:

Shortcut 1
  1. Change Cellular from 2G to 4G
  2. Turn ON Cellular
  3. Turn ON Bluetooth
  4. Play Apple Music

Shortcut 2
  1. Stop Apple Music
  2. Change Cellular from 4G to 2G
  3. Turn OFF Cellular
  4. Turn OFF Bluetooth

I can't manage to find the cellular mode switch function. If this is not possible but you have a similar shortcut that may be useful please share it.
