iPhone Shortcuts not activating some times is there a jailbreak alternative?

I've noticed that although I have shortcuts defined, most of the times they don't activate. I already tried everything from activating/deactivating cloud drive, removing shortcuts adding them again, but still intermittently they don't activate although they are still present in the list.

It seems if I deactivate/activate predictive keyboard it fixes it for couple seconds then again it starts missing.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm jailbroken and I saw something called Xpandr but seems not iOS 8 compatible...

This is such an annoying bug in iOS 8! I rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts and my new 6 doesn't have them. I have tried every single fix offered and nothing works. At one point, 3 of my shortcuts appeared but all the others are still missing. I'll check out that link and see if it'll help (assuming I haven't tried it yet).
