Having asked the same questions over and again with no responses from anyone is very frustrating. Can someone PLEASE respond to whether a a battery replacement will possibly fix an inoperable phone. No replies regarding restores please I know all these and none work. ANYONE???? This is supposes to be a forum for sharing ideas. Feel very isolated with all this

are you talking about a bricked iphone? The battery will not do anything to a bricked iphone but if you mean your iphone wont boot for crap then just send it in to apple and they will replace it on the place.

it's likely that no one has responded because no one *knows* the answer to your question. no need to get upset about it.

how did the phone become inoperable? this is key to helping people here make a guess. for example, if the iphone was dropped in a bucket of water, we could say with a high level of certainty that a battery change alone will not help...

Regardless, there is no need to keep posting multiple threads about it. Your previous one have amassed a total of over 200 views, yet no-one has the answer and that's likely to be because people just don't know. Help offered here is not an automatic right.
