I have MBP SR 2.2Ghz which is less than 2 months old. For the first month the battery health was 99% and then suddenly dropped to 94%. It has stablized at this level for several weeks. When the machine was new, I calibrated the battery as specified by Apple and have tried it several other times. Should I be concerned about this? I have 61 cycles on the battery. Would apple replace the battery or is this normal for a 2 month old laptop?

Thanks for your advice.

the 1 year warranty includes batteries at Apple Store, while you're there ask for a 2nd battery, buy it refurbished and recharged, its just as good as a new one for half the price, had to this for my g4 2 years ago and happened again on my battery, thats how i found out they only replace batteries for 1 year

Mine is less than a month old, 9 charges and also at 94%. It was about 96% when I first got it.

Not sure if they'd replace batteries that easily, unless it goes down dramatically, like to 50% after a few months or something.
