Just seen this on an Outlet website here in Europe, should I buy this MacBook Pro 14 2021 for €1100? I’m not too bothered by the trackpad scratch but will the screen crack get worse over time? Is this a good deal? Upgrading from Intel 2020 13 model. Thanks!

Unless you are experienced in fixing these problems, I would never, ever recommend buying something with that much damage, especially for that amount of money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. It's tempting to prioritize the price, but you will end up paying a lot more, including lost work and files, for buying a damaged machine.

Find a reputable dealer or even look at the Apple refurb store, if it's available in your country.

The majority of sales at some resellers ended last week. There's still the base 14# MBP M1 for €1.999. with Apple warranty, brand new, never been opened. Perhaps you qualify for edu discount?

With a screen like this, that massive scratch, who knows what the state of this is inside? Stay away!!
