What purpose would deleting serve?

Getting rid of the feedback app is one thing to mention, i also don't want to receive further beta releases, i want to just get public software releases that apple releases to the public

If you do not want to get the betas for upcoming betas then go ahead and delete the profile now. Only one of two things will happen. The build released on the 13th to the masses will be the same or it will be a newer build. With or without the profile you either don't have to update or do. The only determining factor for keeping the profile is wanting to get 10.1 beta (which will begin same time or shortly after the 13th)
